Do I need an account to exchange?

No. Create an order as a guest and track it by link — status updates go to your e-mail. An account is only for history, cashback and referrals.
How long does an exchange take?

Automatic mode: 5–15 minutes after the first network confirmation. Large and cash orders are handled by an operator and can take up to 40 minutes.
What if the rate moves?

The rate is locked for 15 minutes from order creation. Later payments are recalculated at the current rate or cancelled with a full return.
Do you run MASAK and AML checks?

Yes, every incoming transfer is scored. If the risk score is above 70%, funds are returned in full to the sending wallet of the same coin, minus the network fee.
What are the limits?

Up to ₺100,000 per day without identity verification. Once your document is verified, the daily limit is removed.
How does cash handover work?

Pick the cash up by appointment at our Istanbul, Ankara or Antalya office, or have a vetted courier bring it to your address. The amount is counted together at handover.
